Free

• Price: $0 (no credit card required)
• Limits: 5 active documents, 3 versions per document
• Reviewers: Unlimited via share links

Good for running a handful of reviews and testing whether Sidenote fits your workflow.

Pro — $19/month or $190/year

• Documents & versions: Unlimited
• Storage: 2 GB
• Includes everything in Free, plus:
• Password-protected share links
• Expiring share links
• PDF + W3C exports
• Brand audit
• MCP access for AI agent integrations
• Billing:
• Monthly: $19/month
• Annual: $190/year (equivalent of two months free)

Team — $22/seat/month or $220/seat/year

• Includes everything in Pro, plus:
• Shared team workspaces
• Role-based permissions (owner, admin, member, viewer)
• Storage: 2 GB per seat, pooled (e.g. 5 seats = 10 GB)
• Billing:
• Monthly: $22 per seat per month
• Annual: $220 per seat per year (two months free per seat)

Upgrading

• From the dashboard sidebar, click Upgrade, or visit the pricing page.
• Choose a plan and billing interval (monthly or annual).
• Complete checkout; the new plan is active immediately.
• For Team plans, choose the number of seats during checkout; you can change seat count later in the billing portal.

Managing your subscription

• From the dashboard sidebar, click Manage to open the Paddle-powered billing portal.
• In the billing portal you can:
• Update payment method
• Switch between monthly and annual billing
• Adjust Team seat count
• View invoices
